We collect the e-mail addresses from individuals who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on the page’s consumers access or visit, and gather information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). When you register with GENMED, we request information such as your   Name, Email address, Cell phone number, Billing address, and/or credit card information.

GENMED uses collected information for general purposes such as: provision of products and services, billing, identification and authentication, improvement of services, contacts, and research.

Or for the following specific purposes outlined below: 

 Name:   To establish the user’s identity and maintain accounts.

 Email:  To send transaction and order-related notifications, assist with password resets and/or manage login credentials. 

 Address:   For home delivery of goods and for billing purposes.

 Phone numbers: For login purposes and to display on the profile or to contact you.

Photos and Videos

We collect prescription images as required by the law. We do not collect video files.

FILES AND DOCS

 PDFs:  We allow uploading of prescriptions in PDF format only. No other file types are collected.

COOKIES ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE GENMED SERVICE.
We use cookies to record current session information but do not use permanent cookies. You will need to log in to your GENMED Project Site after a certain period of time to protect unauthorized access to your account.

DATA STORAGE
GENMED utilize third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate GENMED. While GENMED owns the code, databases, and all rights to the GENMED application, you retain all rights to your data. GENMED may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate our Terms of Service.

CHANGES
GENMED may update this policy periodically. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we handle personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your GENMED account or by prominently posting a notice on our site.

JURISDICTION

If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Surat.
