We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify GENMED Customer Support immediately or within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) for prompt resolution. Please note that GENMED will not accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 3 working days of receipt. In the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept a return, if:
- You've received item(s) that do not match your order.
- The item(s) were damaged in transit or there is a shortage (Please refuse delivery at the doorstep in such cases).
- The item(s) are due to expire within 2 months.
- Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. Kindly check your order carefully upon receipt. Replacement of damaged item (s) is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Items being returned should be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels and barcodes intact.
- Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
- The batch number of the product being returned should match the one on the sales invoice
- The original sales invoice must be returned for processing returns and refunds.
We do not accept returns in following scenarios:
- Partially used strips or opened bottles cannot be returned.
- Products requiring specific storage conditions (such as temperature- controlled items like vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Products that have expired post- purchase.
- Second- time requests for the same product/order.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment and Ortho Support. Additionally, GENMED reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products as marked on their respective product pages with the note: “This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 24 Hours of placing order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, Shipment detail will be available on the website and we will inform for the same via whatsapp and telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- ORDER FROM RS. 1-299 SHIPING CHARGES 79 RUPEES
- ORDER RANGING BETWEEN RS. 300 – 499 SHIPING CHARGES 69 RUPEES
- ORDER RANGING BETWEEN RS. 500 – 999 SHIPING CHARGES 59 RUPEES
- ORDER RANGING ABOVE RS. 1000 SHIPING CHARGES 49 RUPEES
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via WhatsApp and on your Genmed profile once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Green tax
As per metro city rules Rs 25 will be charged extra on your orders for metro cities i.e. Delhi, Calcutta and Chennai
Damages
In case parcel is received in damaged state or is lost during transit kindly refer to our return policy on https://www.genmed.in/return-policy
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
